Shipping

All orders are shipped out within 1-2 business days.


We now offer a flat rate shipping fee for all orders in the US of $12
Please allow a full business week to process items bought on sale.


We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from and to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back-end charges once the package has exited the United States.


We primarily use UPS for domestic orders and DHL for international orders, and occasionally use USPS.


Processing time is mandatory for each order and is 10-15 business days. Delivery time is up to 3 days for domestic depending on what you select at checkout. International orders can choose first class, priority, or express delivery.


Refund policy


To be eligible for a return within 30 days, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags.


All sale items are final sale.


Returns/Exchange Policy


 If any mishaps, you can contact customer service directly to receive additional information on returns/exchanges. 

You have a 30-day return/exchange policy and once the order exceeds that time frame, unfortunately we cannot exchange any items. This does not apply during sales. When items are discounted, they are final sale and can only be exchanged if inventory allows.

Any items purchased during a sale is final sale. These items can only be returned for exchanges or store credit.


To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

You will also be responsible for a reshipment fee to reship the order. Reshipment fee is $10 payable to via invoice that will go directly to your email. Be sure to leave your order number in the “for” section and send us confirmation of it.


Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.
